Another awesome video guys!! Beautiful views from the Granite Skywalk! Sucks so much about the bad weather for your sunrise climb but it is what it is and you guys still made the most of it 👌🏼👌🏼

I'm devastated for you. All that effort for shitty weather and a wall of white! Yet still amazing content. I love what you guys bring to youtube over the others. Great content. I love your work! Please keep it coming. 👍

These spots look so beautiful! That wind looks crazy… but nothing a little Vegemite wrap at the top can’t fix 🤣

I'm a professional photographer down here guys and I have hiked this mountain a number of times and over the last three years. I've hiked it about six times and every time I've been clouded and it actually gets really disappointing because you get up there and you can't get a photo I did end up with some amazing shots. The last time I was there coming down the hill but I didn't get anything from the top. It's always an epic feeling. It's actually a really really challenging walk. I wouldn't call it a climb because you don't actually scramble any more. the old track you used to have to scramble a bit but that was unsafe. It's just good to see people still climbing it and enjoying it and yep the old calf muscles are sore for a couple of days afterwards but it's a great feeling to get to the top the last time I climbed it took me about eight hours. That's because I was carrying about 12 kg of Cameron gear and drones and everything else that I had with me to do a shoot.

We watched so many other videos of amazing sunrises! Definitely was disappointing we missed the views. Would love to go back and try again but by the sounds of what you're saying, might have to plan it really well :p We hadn't done a hike for a while so we found it a little challenging, and even more uncomfortable in the wind and rain haha. Good on you for carrying up so much camera gear!! Hope you have better luck on your next attempt. Thanks heaps for watching :)

@@BorderlandExplorers you have to get lucky the great southern is unique in that we are in a bit of a rain band here so you just have to get lucky. The problem is if you go up on a perfectly blue day it's quite uninspiring while you get great views you need some cloud cover to get the epic shots but as soon as you get cloud cover it can get very mercury very quickly it is a bit of the drawer really.

bluff knoll is cool but ellen peak is out there. You should do the ridge walk. So special up there in the arrows :)
