Everyone in India has their own special way of making maggi. Some of like it dry, some of us like it soupy and some of us even make it without the tastemaker! Shreya, Dhruv, Vishal and Madhumita exchanged maggi recipes and found out who has the best one. Which recipe would you try?

I'll be honest here. I actually made all of these Maggi recipes one by one to see which ones the best, unlike others who just judge it by seeing how they cooked it. Personally for me, Maggi just taster great good as it is but I am not a big fan of adding a ton of other things. Like, this recipe is supposed to be quick and filling, So keeping this mind I made of all them seperately. Shreya's recipe was the best. She didn't add much to it and it tasted the best. 2nd was Vishal's recipe. For me, it fell just short of Shreya's.] 3rd was Dhruv, even though ketchup doesn't go in Maggi, it didn't taste bad neither good. Hence the 3rd position. 4th was Madhurima, It was just bland and a lot of work for something that is supposed to be quick and easy. I had high expectations for it since it was a lil lenghy process.

My maggie recipe is somewhat like Shreya's. Water, maggi, maggi masala, 1 tbsp chilli powder, chili flakes and after putting it in the bowl then put sliced cheese on it. Eat it with cream & onion chips :)

Okay, I made it a bit like shreya's. Maggi Taste maker Maggi magic masala Chilli flakes Oregano Black pepper Piri piri masala Half cheese slice(any more would have been a little lot) And water, not too much, not soupy It was nice!!!

When I was a kid my mom used to cook maggi in water separately then drain that water once its cooked. She then saute onions in another pan, add maggi masala to it and then finally toss the noodles in that pan. She says the onion is to counteract the toxic effects of noodles in our digestive system lol anyways it tasted hella good and I still make it the same way just add some tomato ketchup in the end too.
