I read somewhere that on some of the units, the seals needed to be upgraded, as some people had experienced a leakage problem e.g. urine going into the solids section. This said, if you have to wait a while for the order to be completed, it may also indicate their popularity. In my opinion for most things that are new, it is never wise to get the first release of anything, as there may be always room for improvement based on broad market feedback. Least the Company seem very proactive if there is a problem. Looking at these toilets, there doesn't appear too much beyond seals that can go wrong, as essentially they are collection units (nothing mechanical or electrical etc in them).
