Great video guys! As a Canadian palisade owner we get the variant with the mud/sand modes instead of diff lock. I can confirm from my own testing that the additional modes are far more aggressive at L/R wheel braking than the behaviour you saw. The Canadian tellurides also get the added off road modes. Not sure why the US market cars don’t. Again, great video. Cheers!

Great video, fair analysis of the vehicle. Funny that manufacturers don’t propose versions of those with better approach angles… most people that have large haulers need to do “some” off-roading

I'm Sure that with a 2" lift and Proper tires that small hill would be much easier.

Love my 2024 Telluride X-Pro (only difference from the X-line are the off-road tires). I prefer driving it over my 22' GX 460 and 18' Cayenne GTS. I obviously did not buy my Telluride for its off-road capabilities, as most owners will agree. The most off road this car is going to see from my use is a trip up the mountain for snowboarding season. I do plan on lifting the car and putting slightly beefier tires in a year or so.

Thank you for your demo, I now know not to get a Telluride! It's for flat dirt roads at best! You lost me when you said the 4runner was spinning more than the Telluride 😂😂😂

lol it was spinning more. We tell it like it is. The 4Runner is a more serious off roader. The telluride is a much better on road vehicle. It’s killer at hauling humans.

As someone who owns a telluride... if you think this is some sort of off road capable vehicle you deserve to be made fun of. But all you off road kiddies in the comments know damn well 99% of people who buy SUV's will never go offroad. To me, its more important a vehicle is good at driving on paved roads and highways as that is 99% the type of driving I do, and the Telluride is fantastic at that.

Jeep Grand Cherokee has much worse build quality and it's unreliable. Please don't buy Jeeps, do some basic research.

@@TheRealCatof lol. My Cherokee Trailhawk is fine. Any issue they have it's getting recalled and fixed for free. Just like the takata airbags on the beloved Toyota's.

@off-roadingexplained8417 Your jeep might be "fine", but that experience isn't shared among most jeep owners. Jeeps are extremely common cars, yet there's a reason why seeing a 5 year old jeep is uncommon.
