She had a commode (toilet for the bathroom, basically think the toilet seat but bigger and for in room use) for much of my adult life that she occasionally used. I could see this serving a similar purpose, but for car rides for people who may not be physically capable of leaving the car or just may have issues doing so unaided. 6:30 - I've heard of dogs jumping out of car windows before. I had a friend who lost a dog that way, in fact. I would say the product might be niche, but I could see it being useful for some people

I slept in my car several nights when we all got evacuated from wild fires. NO i could not afford motels etc: and they were full of evacuees who did have money. * in this situation strongly urge people to park in the police station car park. * and let them know why.

I've had to sleep in a car many times on trips. Sometimes there literally is no room at the hotels in the area, and if it's raining and in the middle of the night, it can be kind of dangerous to just keep driving, especially if you're tired from driving all day. Having a mattress wouldn't be a bad idea to get a more quality sleep. Would've liked if they shared the price and showed how much room it takes up in your trunk when deflated. The idea in itself is not bad.

But I got a steering wheel cover that has a sort of textured rubber on the places your hands go, and when I’m feeling frustrated on the road, it’s honestly really soothing to just press into the texture of the wheel for me.

Not saying it is a good product... but most cars have the window frame attached to the door, which would allow you to open and close the door with the dog grate installed (and therefore you wouldn't have to climb past your dog in the backseat)

I think that push start button cover would be great if it were an electronic spring-loaded blade controlled remotely by a beeper that can close instantly and cut the tip of the finger of anyone trying to steal your car, it would be a great security feature. -Tucker

as a mechanic, i see one really big issue with the engine start cover. i see all the time, people with these covers having problems with their car starting. the cover blocks the antenna that reads for the presence of the key to start the car in turn not letting it start

The toilet seat thing is ridiculous! I was thinking about all the problems they were thinking of too. How your seat might change color if you're not careful and how it's almost impossible to wipe. I would like to point out that a traffic light camera doesn't actually use a flash. It would have no purpose to use on because it's either going to be daylight which wouldn't need a flash in the first place or at night your licence plate is too far away from where that flash would be for it to actually do anything. Camera flashes only go so far so photos can still end up too dark to see if the subject is too far away from the light source. That's why actual traffic cameras use night vision to take photos in the dark not a flash. Secondly your set up doesn't at all replicate real world conditions. The lighting was too low to get a good reflection. If it was taken outside in sunlight you MIGHT get better results but even then I think you'd have to get direct sunlight and it might have the same effect even without the spray just because metal is already naturally reflective. So I still don't believe it would work anyway I just don't think your test was the best way to prove it doesn't work.
