I think the avocado one was a lot of fun, but don't think i'll be trying it again anytime soon! Roasting lemons was epic though, it looked like they'd been ruined but the flavour comparison was crazy! I'll definitely do that again! Remember to keep the kitchen hack suggestions coming and if you'd like to watch the other hacks videos to date check out this playlist kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJWup5KGiqp_b5I

A better hack for parchment in a tin, fold the parchment in half 4 times, put the point in the center of the tin and cut the excess. When you unfold it, the parchment will fit the bottom of the tin, near perfectly.

I bet the lemons would hold onto a lot more juice if they were roasted cut side up! Maybe in a muffin/cupcake tin, to keep them from rolling around? And frying pieces of rice paper the same way makes something like chips/crisps!

If you're going to do lemonade with the whole lemon, if you slice it thin (on a mandolin ideally) and let it sit with the sugar covered for a full day, a lot of the bitterness will go away. We do this for a type of lemon pie where you use everything but the pips and it's never bitter.
