pretty much all my classes is are 9 AM this semester so i wake up around 5:20 AM and outside by 7:20. as much as i hate it i like calling the morning “the calm before the storm”. it’s so peaceful with just the wind in my ears and a couple people getting to where they need to be while the sun rises it’s honestly so refreshing especially now that we’re slowlyyy getting to spring. i still hate 9 AM classes and fall asleep sometimes but i wouldn’t mind doing morning walks in the summer bc it’s so nice

The cold bath was absolutely hilarious omg 😭I wake up at 5 AM every day and go to bed at 9 PM! A few years ago I used to stay up until like 3 am and sleep until 1 pm but ever since I changed my schedule, I have felt SO MUCH better physically and mentally. When weather permits, I go walk 3-5 miles when the sun starts rising. 😊I hope y'all both continue to stick to this routine and see how it helps! lol! I have to be up before the sun every weekday. What helped me get into that routine is a shower (first thing!). After about 20 days of that, it was nothing. 💜🤗 now I prefer to be up before sunrise. Even on the weekends. You will fall in love with mornings.
