I think the demonstration with Shawn about the spider is an entirely different scenario and is irrelevant in this case. Shawn was given a heads up as well as a countdown while the plaintiff had no forewarning about what was about to go down

If you have a pet that can escape and bite, have the human decency to let someone you live with know. End of story. Second case, they look like brother and sister. So if they are not related, I think they were cheating because they see themselves in each other, hahaha.
