Hi you two! I’m not completely through watching this but if I don’t say now, I’ll forget. An old trick to stop the new wood bedside drawers scraping (which I think are really lovely) is to get an old candle Rub the underside and the topside of the drawer gently with the candle where it slides in and out and it should make it close more smoothly. The painted fireplace is delightful and elegant and a really lovely focal point. Right…..now back to where I was Xxxx 😀 Oooh, won’t be long now, I’m so happy for the pair of you.

Hi Both! Such a coincidence that my parents had a leak from their roof valley during the awful weather we've been having!!! Turns out that the last time they had a roofer come out they stole all the lead from the roof and replaced it with felt!!! So when the felt rotted away it caused the leak!!! So make sure you get a vetted tradesmen round as I never thought someone would do that! As always love seeing your updates and all the best with the imminent arrivals!! :)

And idea for you! With our grandkids each Christmas we buy Christmas ornament frames and put a picture of them on a 4’ tree. This year our special Christmas tree has 57 picture ornaments. Go ahead and put a tarp over the roof til you can get it fixed water damage is the worst for a house. I've built and done remodels my whole life my grandfather father brother are carpenters it might not look pretty but it's better then letting anymore water in put a fan in attic to dry things up. Fab maybe recruit someone to do this so you don't get injured before boys here. I'm so excited I could yell and holler. So happy all is good. Ell your a superstar. Fab you are the best cheerleader a superstar could have. Fab I'm glad you stood up to her stubbornness cause you never know. Fireplace looks great. Not a dork just stubborn but he is right Ell.

A good tip for hanging anything is to get a piece of masking tape across the back where the holes are, mark it with black pen, then put the masking tape on the wall and use the marks to drill the holes x

Hahaha I bought a spice rack and did all the measuring of holes etc just like you and when I was putting away all the packaging found a template, just like you did!! And it took me ages to get the holes exact, so I feel your pain Fab!! Haha. The draws do look great btw.

Hi Fab and Ell, I’m so pleased your ok and baby 2 has caught up with twin 1 great news. I’m so so excited for you both the twins are going to be gorgeous. With McDonald’s I loved the Chicken legend which they have now stopped doing so sad 😢lol, but I like their sweet chilli chicken wraps. Anyway soon be babies birth.
