We had the same in the lakes last week, walkers miserable bunch! Mounting bike guys good as gold and even shut a gate for us at the end of the trail

New to the channel, and totally agree we all have access no matter what mode of transport . I was up that way last year or maybe the year before, never knew about these lanes will have to try then out in the new shogun, the last one was built for touring with the caravan, this one is going to be more of a self contained tourer. I need more of this in my life, forgive my ignorance but the trip down into Wales, Oakes park I can't think of its proper name, I looked it up yesterday when i watched it, what a mash up and fun by all. Hopefully the new tyres will be on soon then I can give it a bit more off road. I think the issue with the walkers is they are all in a little echo chamber and forget there are other users.

Another great vid. Can’t believe how your van goes over that terrain it’s crazy. Fully agree with practicing your fire skills, it’s a good skill to have and personally I find it therapeutic lighting a fire with a ferro rod and feather sticks. Also being a green lane bike rider myself I 100% get where your coming from with the blue socks brigade. Why can’t we all share and enjoy the byways together. It’s sad that they have 1000s of miles of footpaths to use but we have very limited amount of green lanes.

Your last comments. I jokingly said to somebody earlier at work be a lot of defenders about this weekend. In my eyes that will in the last few years spread beyond defenders to sprinters suzukis etc could go on but then when the weathers nice tax em to the hilt (put that politely) and deny access.
