Meghan and I take a plunge and try taking and challenge ourselves to get in an ice bath in the middle of a snow storm with our friends. Would you ever do a freezing ice bath plunge? We didn't think we could but it wasn't so bad......or was it? It was 🥶🥶🥶

Too big temp difference which can make your body to become in shock and turn off the organs to try keep your life. Sometimes if its too in shock, your heart gets turned off​@@andremattsson

​​@@andremattssonthey are young enough to be probably be safe. If I were to try it for the first time, at 44, the shock might actually cause a heart issue. People who are used to it can do it into their 90s, but it's definitely something to either start young or move into gradually. Additionally, hypothermia I guess could be an issue, but they didn't do it long enough for that to likely be an issue, barring an unusual circulatory problem.
