I was expecting more Peranakan influences actually. Other than the five foot way and the tiles, there's nothing in the furnishings or architectural design that speaks of the theme itself.

We stay in Katong area and visited this show house few year back. We love Peranakan theme as well. And i can't agree more with you. Out side the house somewhere there still with a little bit Peranakan theme. But when u enter the house you won't tell the difference between this project and others. Main reason of deal breaker

Beautiful place, like all show apartments are... Claustrophobic for me and the thought of making the air conditioner(s) working harder to keep the place cool is less than appealing....steep staircase, good workout every day but have to watch one's step....
