I have so much respect for how Marques has turned his KZbin channel into more of a media production company without loosing the personal youtubeer-feel. And I find myself drooling over the production quality of this channel. All of the professionel gear. I think a lot of people, like myself, see it as a dream job to work for Marques. MKBHD has become a brand in the tech industry and I find it so refreshing to see how they've made a succesful business out of primarily being a KZbin channel - something boomers wouldn't understand just a few years ago and still don't. It's easy to predict jobs we might loose to robots but it's difficult to imagine jobs that does not exist yet. Because they do not exist YET. Marques and his team deserve all the praise they get for being so succesful and simultaneously being one of the least drama oriented channels on this platform. They make brilliant content about tech.

It's not that boomers don't understand KZbinrs, we just don't care. The real world has a lot more value and attraction than staring at a screen all day, watching 10 minute tidbits of fluffy entertainment designed to waste your time. I don't see working for someone else who talks about the latest disposable phone as a dream job. Marques does seem like a genuinely nice, productive and creative individual though. The only reason you would purchase a Business building is if you’re planning to operate there for 2 decades or more. Or if it will be easy to rent it out when you’re not using it. Renting is a risk mitigation strategy, because unlike a house which is easy to sell at anytime. Warehouses and office buildings are not easy to sell. And because of the low demand and locations, some of them don’t appreciate in value at all.
