I did Wushu as a club sport in college. The discipline and control it takes is insane. I had to give it up when I blew out my knee and had to wait too long to repair it, I miss it. Mad respect for how well they did given the time they had to learn.

As someone who did Wushu (Nanquan) for 4 years during my time in college and done several live performances (one where I performed as an Earth bender from Avatar) - seeing your result of only one month of training for a month: Not bad. I think he was either training you Nanquan or Hung Ga (both Southern style Chinese Wushu Kung fu). Seeing and hearing all the things you had to do for training made me both nostalgic and relive old pain in my thighs and joints lol Good job out there.
