I would like to say, as a former customer service desk rep at a large retail store. If there is nothing wrong with the frames, you have the receipt, and they scan properly? I'm returning them 100% of the time as long as I don't see anything lewd or nude in those frames. Zero hesitation

My girlfriends parents actually keep the stock photos in the frames. They have frames hung up on their walls, with the regular stock images still inside because they think it's funny. Whenever people go to visit, her parents always say that it's their relatives or something lmao. This video reminded me lol

Nah. Idk how Kohls processes their returns before restocking but I used to be the guy that did that at a different major retailer. At the time, I knew our products well enough to have caught something like that, but honestly, with no damage to the product, wrapped back up like new, there's really no reason to have not put them back out. They did a reasonably convincing job of making them look stock. Maybe changing the branding could be a little iffy? If anything its on the employees for not catching it before putting it back out but even then, I think I'd have cleared them.

The ultimate would have been if someone else had bought the frames, and then Joe and/or Trevor went into the store and bought them. The cashier looks at the photo and says, "Hey, this picture looks a lot like you."

More Pranks! This is a great, wholesome, prank that isn't going to hurt anyone. It's hilarious, and there's no real "victim" here. The frames were not harmed in any way that will detract from the next person who purchases them, and if an achievement hunter sees them in the wild, then that's really gonna make someone's day. They honestly wouldn't need those inserts unless they actively needed the company's name in the front (they don't - and retail workers definitely don't care, I would know, I've been in retail forever and actually worked at Kohl's for a few years) because the barcodes for scanning were on the protective cardboard frames around the, well, frames. 🤣

I did this for a friend when he got married. I gave him a collage frame and replaced all the stock photos with me trying my best to replicate what was in the stock photos. they still have the frame hung with the photos I put in it on their wall.
