We TRICKED CHEATERS and STOLE their Chest of Legends! (Sea of Thieves Gameplay)

In this video we were able to trick a galleon full of sea of thieves cheaters and managed to trick them AND steal their Chest of Legends. It was glorious! I hope you enjoy the video!

Hackers have been around for ages, and then their population exploded around Season 8. Rare hasn't done anything yet, don't hold your breath.

Its really sad to see. I was stacking with my buddy today and we had 5 we on our ship and got ddos kicked after we sunk them. They used a bucket cheat to instantly empty their ship and get instant ferry respawns. It is making the game impossible to play. FOF is just filled with cheaters fighting over the chest. The last 3 FOF i have gone too have had at least 2 cheaters

I don't understand where people are finding these cheaters. I have a little over 500 hours, and I've seen 3 of them, and they were all in hourglass. At least, they were the obvious ones. Hopefully the third party anticheat that's gettinh put in makes them even rarer.

@@MiddleFingerLimited Cheaters are mostly a rampant problem in OCE servers given the small player pool, but there are dozens if not hundreds active in NA and EU servers too. If you're in NA servers it is more than plausible that you either won't come across cheaters at all, or will encounter very few given the massive player pool.

About a month ago I ran into a speed hacker. I spawned in a open brig that was in a alliance with another brig doing a FOTD. Well we finished and then speed hacker came in stole key and placed it in the shores of gold.

The state of this game is deplorable. If these cheaters get banned it will only be because he is a big streamer. I met a VERY SIMILAR pair of cheaters who stole our FOTD and kept sniping us in movement while jumping and from quite a distance. They always knew where we were. Provided bunch of evidence to rare and pretty sure they never banned them. I made posts in the forums complaining about the lack of an in-game report tool, and they deleted my post because I was "Attacking individuals" because in one part of my post I said "Rare is lazy" while comparing the report system with other games. Rare doesnt gives a crap about cheaters.

Had the same problem with cheaters, reported it, and Rare banned them for life. Let's just say, that in your case, they probably let them stay so they can observe them and test the anti-cheats. Much like Hit-bo, they are distracting them.

You know what's funny is most of the hackers are good people just wanting to PVE. LMAO. Not even kidding, I've found a few a holes who were blatantly cheating for the sake of ruining someones day. But most cheaters I've encountered and was able to speak to were big into pve and only hacked to defend themselves when provoked. Not excusing their actions just my personal opinion from experience. so sick of hackers in every game I play. MW3 just banned like 58k cheaters from their game. Its way to easy these days for hackers to just come in and cause so much chaos in games.
