Penelope Uggenstein - She has Trigeminal Neuralgia. It's a neuropathic chronic pain disorder. She got it because of a doctor making a mistake and damaging one of her nerves during surgery. She also has Anesthesia Dolorosa on the bottom half of her face, chin, and neck. And having botox injections helps suppress all of that pain. So was actually being serious.
