We have a electronics shop . We deal in lot of small and big brands tv. Honestly i would recommend anyone to buy a small size in same price of samsung sony or lg instead of these brands. First of all they have great build and overall quality and if by any chance the problem occurs in them then the service is fabulous and instant. We barely get any complaints about these brands but these small brands are just headache every 2nd or 3rd customer of these brands have problems.

@@knv0123 but 55' 4k tv at 30999 sounds awesome. The brand has some recognition so thats good even if its from laptop manufacturing. Like gigabye, they make graphics cards but they are making laptops now so they can be trusted a little bit not much.

These TVs, be it Acer, Nokia, Motorola etc etc, are basically imported from same manufacturer in China and branded (either by some local trader who also purchases license from the company or by company itself). So you get the same hardware and software. The issue is that all these brands outsource their after sales service to the same company, and that too in big cities. This leads to long waiting times in attending complains. Further, those guys barely have any time to look into the issue if there is some manufacturing defect or serious hardware problems as they are dealing with 50 odd brands. So they will keep your TV for weeks, and blatantly deny your claim. And if you are from Tier-2 or Tier-3 city, you are in for big hassle. This is basically standard Chinese product, chale to chaand tak warna shaam tak. That is why it is better to stick to the trio of Samsung, LG, Sony just for the service.

EARC stands for extended audio return channel, this means if this TV supports Dolby Atmos, which it does, and if you connect your Atmos sound system, then you will get that. First, get your facts righ, then make a video. What you said is basically correct for ARC, any ARC will return sound, if Dolby supported, then that, but not Atmos though the TV has that decoding. For Atmos pass through, you must have EARC.
