this seems like a super nice experience but, seems peculiar that they ask you to arrive with dirty hair and scalp. cause they then show you your scalp when it’s dirty and say it should be shiny and no buildup…and after their hair is washed at the salon, voila it’s perfect. i’d like to see a freshly washed at home scalp with that camera..i bet it would be the same!

The before and after pictures are crazy but I wonder if that is why they don’t want you to come in with clean hair. They want it gross so there will be a big difference

I’ve seen videos of this treatment at other places where it seemed to me like the technicians were using scare tactics to convince clients that they’re dirty and need to come in more often for treatments, but I didn’t get that vibe here at all! This business seems really legit and their advice was so personalized and realistic

Hearing that it's best to wash your hair every other day or so is awesome. I struggled for years to try and go longer between washes like everyone claims but I have fine naturally oily skin/hair and more then 2 days drives me crazy! I feel gross and itchy and uncomfortable 😅 will try to feel less guilty of washing more often
