Food here is super cheap and it never disappoints us. The ice cream is very very sweet that’s why joao doesn’t like it that much 😂 plus that night we had way to many sweets 😆 Durian is a must for people who come to Southeast Asia for the first time ahah we really like it but most people we know don’t 🙈🙈

it's not a sugar cane ice cream, it's a palm sugar ice cream or u local called it ice cream gula apong 😆. Gula Apong is extracted from local Nipah tree.

2:34 Yup, that's a baby crocodile. There even sighting of adult crocodile basking under the Satok Bridge, in the middle of Kuching city. 🤣 Love my city. 5:58 Wait. In 6:43 you said it was Mee Kolok? Look more like fried noodle. Mee Kolok usually serve in a bowl, just like Laksa Sarawak. And the soup in a separate bowl.

I'm from Kuching 'Cat's City'. Next time please visit a Bako National. Where you will enjoy your natural experience with wild animals. Besides like jungle tracking, nice beaches and jungle. Try also visit beach at Sematan, Pandan/PuGu at Lundu and Damai and the Beginning of Borneo of course Telok Melano beach. Thank you😊

A great number of cake & kuih sellers in Malaysia use a lot of artificial food colouring (may cause cancer). So I generally avoid buying cakes & kuihs unless they're made of real pandan juices from the leaves (not from pandan extract & food colouring) & butterfly pea flower water. You can tell because those from flowers & leaves are a lot more pale in colour (unlike the ones used in the cakes in your clip)

We tried kolo mee in so many different places that we don’t know if any of them was non halal 🙃🙃😅

@@Travelgramers The non halal is the original Kolo Mee that contains pork meat and pork oil in it. If you ask for red Kolo Mee, they will add the pork oil in it. The non halal was superior and was more delicious. You can find it in non halal food court for example 38 Food Court where the local always go and eat there. There is still a lots of food that you maybe never tried there XD.
