We have different menu items in Canada, but for me (full disclosure, I'm vegetarian so take it as you will) it's: 6 inch veggie patty on Italian Herb and Cheese, toasted, with extra cheese (on both sides of the bread!), spinach, tomato, onion, cucumber, green pepper and a reasonable but generous amount of Southwest Chipotle sauce, lemon iced tea, and a bag of salt and vinegar chips (sorry, crisps).

My go to (which is similar to #3) - toasted whole grain - provolone or Swiss or pepper Jack (basically not cheddar) - All the veggies, my preference is lettuce (not spinach), cucumber, green pepper, onion, lots of black olives personally. Ask for double veggies that you like to make the sandwich thickk - If you like meat I’d do bacon, but I only eat pork maybe three times a year - then the key item - chipotle mayo Then no chips and no soda, just my handy water bottle. This is from the US so not sure what’s different in the UK. Yes I know it’s basically a salad in a sandwich but subway is my go to for when I move or am going to spend a day by the water and no one wants a salad for those situations 😂

I tried mayonaise once on my tuna sub and it was gross. I haven't tried their sauces since, except the balsamico vinegar. But I add guacamole so I really don't feel like I need sauce since there's already mayo in the tuna

@@1giane we do , I’m in England right now and we got more veggie options then they do when shocks me , and the only different one is they got corn and poach egg They have limit on sauces Their subs are smaller and thinner which makes sense since A foot long is less then 1,000 cals while ours is more then 1,500 cals They have same meats as us and they have nachos and cheese bites as sides if u don’t want chips or cookie Honestly subway pretty mid on each end , I do enjoy the states a little better considering the bread is wider .

Go to is: Italian herbs and cheese meatballer sub. It has meatballs with like spicy pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and I get it toasted. Then I add spinach, olives, onions, and pickles. My order is toasted dark malted rye bread, vegetable patty, avocado, all of the vegetables except jalopenos (love em, but they're for a diff vibe), extra pickles annnnd sweet onion dressing. Top tier sammich. If I go to subway, I'm not looking for like takeout vibes or I'd just go get a burger. I want veg and something fresh if I'm there. Turkey bacon club on plain bread toast the bread first then cheese toast it, little bit of mayo, ranch, yellow, mustard, and black olives, toast the bacon and turkey, light lettuce, red onions, tomato.
