upma is can be in solid or in medium form . In my opinion you should wait to eat upma for more minutes because I eat upma frequently upma needs time to soak water . if you will wait 5 more minutes thein you will get a perfect texture . veggie upma upma soak water very speedy but in masala upma needs more time to soak water
