I feel like the thing with Korean levels of spice, is that it builds. It doesn't work so well if you just take 1 or 2 bites, but when you try to eat the whole dish (whatever it may be) it can really catch you unaware and hit you hard. I love how it just turns to pure chaos, with Josh dancing it out, Ollie and Ryan not-so-quietly dying, Steven essentially using a banana as lip balm, all the while Shane is just chilling in a corner watching it all go down.
