Its good to be a traveler knowing other people culture, i read some comment saying martin said "yellow" is racist, but actually not he did not mean that...Because in Europe yellow is referred to all Asians not what color you had. I was called yellow too at first i thought huuh?do i look sick? But later on after being called yellow many times i understand..in Philippines we call al Caucasians white, some of them feel racist too because they dont want to be white (theyre not literally white) they want to be brown but they have to understand thats how we consider them. vice versa

I actually didn’t find it offensive because before I used to call caucasians WHITE but it can be offensive to some of them. So I learned my lesson and don’t call them white anymore. He’s not going to do the same mistake again I assure you and thanks for understanding ❤️

Hi I am a new viewer(aka "fan"), I love your videos, just discovered in by chance, now I am catching up on your past vlogs and its so enjoyable to watch. Ave, you are so funny, you make me laugh....typical filipina...crazy and funny (but loving, sweet and kind). Just like when my nephew, niece, and daughter calls me and my sister crazy Filipino mothers...hehehe... By the way there is another term for yellow skin...Olive skin...some filipinos are brown but some are Olivie skin (half cast) meaning half white and half brown. So much for that...Take care..xxx

I actually did *NOT* feel offended by Martin calling us “yellow”. I don’t care also if they call us “brown”. It is our color and I’m proud of it. I feel like those who are insecure with their colors would get offended by it. Also, yellow is for chinese/japanese. They just want to generalize asians as “chinese”. That usually what happens that’s why they call asians “yellow”. Although, Martin really has a tendency to speak lowly of Filipinos/Filipinas when I’ve watched your IG stories (and Martin’s) before. Example was when you were wake boarding. I’m hoping he has changed his perception now. Ave, you now have a responsibility to change the perception of Europeans (or Norwegians in particular) about Filipinos. Show them what we’ve got 😉

Binge watched today to catch up with travel vlogs. Advice and other type vlogs I will catch up at a more leisurely pace. What I did is do chores that allowed me to do while watching. I think you are in a good place mentally and emotionally. Too bad one viewer doesn't share your happiness. No loss really. Car camping idea is wonderful and relatively inexpensive. And what a place to do it in. I bought a tshirt for my daughter recently and I just want to share what it said with you. I know you will appreciate it. "Girls compete. Women empower." I love that recyling machine. Maybe Norway is a clean country no trush in the street. Not like in Canada.
