If you ask Juniors to decorate the cheesecake for an occasion, they do such an AMAZINGGG job that it elevates its appearance! Goes from jiggly wiggly to a festive celebration party cake and for just ~$3.

an extra inch in radius is a lot. you're basically getting around twice the amount of a 5 in cake if you order the 7in one.

Please consider reviewing the infamous ZANZE'S CHEESECAKE on the West Coast (San Francisco, CA)!!! It's the opposite of Junior's "dense" East coast (NY) cheesecake! It's light as a feather..it doesn't have a crust, but is lightly sprinkled with crushed graham & light confectioner's sugar. At first, I thought I wasn't going to like it because I was so used to indulging Junior's Cheesecake...creamy and thick New York Style. YUM! But, I soon learned that this light "airy" cheesecake is JUNIORS equal, but in a different way. ZANZE is located on Ocean Ave. in San Francisco, CA. People line-up to get a ZANZE'S CHEESECAKE (it's that delicious)!!! ;-D

Someone sent my family a cheesecake. I’m usually not a cheesecake enjoyer, I notice lotsa cheese cakes are too sour and mushy. But i did not know cheesecakes could be so light, and addictive. I swear when I say this cheesecake changed my entire view on cheesecakes. I went from disliking, to absolutely loving cheesecake. Its so hard to describe but it doesn’t even taste like “cheese” like how most do. It’s so fluffy and good.

We make the same exact cheesecake at our place, except our crush is better because it has more butter in it, plus the cheese we use is a little softer so you don’t feel like you are swallowing a brick. Word to the wise about cheesecake, if it has been sitting in the fridge for a good amount of time, let it thaw out a little before cutting into it, you’ll get more flavor out of it. P.S. I like blueberry’ son mine.
