I pickled yellow squash last week and surprisingly there pretty decent pickled. Dill pickles are my favorite of anything you can pickle. I drink the juice, make dill pickle moonshine with them, eat dill chips, sunflower seeds, deep fried dill pickles, dill pickled beets, dill pickled jalapenos, dill pickled okra, and anything else that is dill pickle flavored.

This is awesome. Istanbul has a rich pickle shop culture. I used to get a spicy pickle juice and assorted pickled chopped veg cup of goodness with a fork for around 70 cents a few years back. Close to the British consulate. Does wonders for the hangover including a pre-party NaCl shot.
