the pringles are just "best before" so they are recommended to eat before the date, because that's when they retain the best texture. after that, so long as they've been in a sealed package, they're still fine. they might just have a slightly stale bite to them now that they've been opened. "use by" is the one you should try and dodge or use the sniff test. 😂 "best before" can still be eaten/drunk/whatever so long aas it's still sealed & unpunctured. i've had fanta strawberry imported from the us with a best before december 2023 and it's still been amazing.
