Asus should reopen their service center in Kottayam, Kerala at the old location,there is literally zero service of Asus in pala and some other locations. As a laptop brand, asus used to be very good in services, now after 2020, I wont be saying that about them.

People around these places mostly depend on shops like MyG and stuff instead of using e commerce platforms for these things. So what they're gonna get is most likely a Dell, Acer or HP. Probably Asus have fewer customers here, that's why. And also Asus as a laptop brand is not that trusted among these people as far as i know. Most people here don't even know about the ROG series and all.

I got Samsung Galaxy book 4 from Flipkart last week for 38k. After a lot of research I went for Samsung. Solid built laptop for this price spec with basically all basic and good features. RAM storage is fixed and can be an issue for some. However the Ram output is clocked much faster and more efficient than the DDR4 Ram. Storage is expandable and extremely light and easy to carry. Got surprised that it's one of the highest selling laptops in Flipkart averaging more than 1,000 consumers per month. Other laptops in this range barely touched the 500 mark. Very few reviews are available for this laptop. The good part is that it shares most of the body parts from the other Galaxy book models and doesn't feel like a budget one.

I am using realme slim book i3 from past 3 years and i didn't faced any major issue and my opinion for this laptop is quite positive . i bought it for around 32.5k during bbd sale on flipkart , As a student the best part i feel about the laptop is its display , comes with 2k 400 nits display which is quite good and content viewing experience is amazing , i had never tried any games in it. it handles the day to day task of a student very easily and frankly speaking i love the battery backup which is still about 5-6 hrs(begining with more than 8 hrs) and the 67 watt charger is also helps to get the job done .Over all i love the product and i can't say about service center becuse i had never been to it . Value for money product ...... if anyone using the same can also drop their opinion below will love to read it .

Another good alternative is the MSI Modern 14 and 15 They offer slightly better specs in terms of CPU at this price point and also at 4-5k cheaper price but they don't have type c charging and the the ecosystem features... I have a MSI modern 15 and the build quality is also pretty good... Rest other objective specs can be seen from some other video

Myself using a Book 2 i5 i have almost nothing to complain about, great after sale services (though i had to visit one service centre for an issue caused by me, which was quite reachable) they fixed my issue within a day ! No problems with games and streaming. It has almost all the same specs as the book 4 just graphics card and ports are rearranged.
