This phrase is associated with the LGBTQ+ community but it is not exclusive to them of course.

That chocolate thing happens when you overheat the chocolate. Some air bubbles start to form and the chocolate turns into small balls of sort. So frying the chocolate insuch a thin layer of momo crust might've caused it to become like that. EDIT: I tried it. It tastes amazing with ice-cream
