SORRY ABOUT THE MIC QUALITY IN THIS VIDEO! OUR MIC DIDN'T HANDLE THE OUTSIDE NOISE (or anything) VERY WELL. Anyway, this week we went out and tried some of the worst rated restaurants in our city. About the mic... I think you have to use those as clipons and not as a handheld. Ask Spencer, he probably knows.

Well ya the word litteraly translates to lapel in english and has a clip on it. Made to use well below and behind your chin. So it is a very sensitive onmi mic with teeney weeney little condenser disc that does not handle wind well or blowing directly into the mic. Which will damage it. So protect it from wind and breathing on it.

Remeber breathing on it can cause condensation making the disc sticky then blowing in it can warp in. So in one humid enviorment you can potentially destroy your mic. Like going from cold oldside overheated old people inside.or where deep fryers and grills are cooking all the water out of food and releasing it into the air as steam. Then blowing directly into it thinking dust or moisture got into it. But all that happens the pressure difference on the front and back if the aluminum disc makes it ripple and perm warps and or stretches incredibly thin metal not any thicker than aluminum foil food wrap just barely stronger tho. Never blow on your mic and protect it from strong winds. Goodluck

Hey Audrey and Spencer. Great video. I do not eat fast food as it is more expensive or equal to a sit down premier or a bar and grill restaurant and sure to be atleast one complaint but prob several. Hey if you can find a cardboard tube that fits snug over the foam of your tiny lil mic that would cut the flutter distortion in the wind if you make sure not to be facing directly at the wind or perfectly 90 degrees to it. You can also make several wraps for thickness of paper and a wrap or two of masking or vinyl tape to make a tube. Some mics come with a tube already but most people discard them thinking it is just protective packaging. P.S. keep up hthe high spirited videos you are glowing so brightly Have fun be happy, hugs
