I've been playing a version of this at locals. I think people are sleeping on supply drone if you go first and play him holding up a zephyr or favorable winds you get a bullet if you level up. It ends up saving you materialization steps when you need to get a 2nd gun. Also turbulent bullet gives him 1 power to swing.
