i. tried the round off hack and i felt a lot higher and i would definitely recommend this to everyone who needs more hight on skills but especially if you’re doing a round off backhand spring. ilysm tc2!

The round off bhs hack is rlly good and it increases your power a lot but it works better if after your round off you to finish in a dish shape with your arms completely down instead of at 45 degrees. I rlly hope this helps

i think on the front twist hack, the looking over ur opposite shoulder is supposed to be when ur already upside down and have done the first half of the full. it's supposed to help u find the floor

I remember when I was training my back tuck with my coach. He told me to pull my hips up and knees like over and I rotated to much and landed on my heel then fell. Luckily I was okay but everyone said it looked scary 😂

If you're on a trampoline, try get the right height first (height is VERY important and the higher the better) and always remember TUCK AS TIGHT AS YOU CAN. Try not to come out of your tuck too fast. Also, have your hands raised and let them swing to the side as you go in for the spin. And remember, everything comes with practice🥰 good luck sis
