Actually looking at some of your vids from 10yrs ago, and l'd say you do look 10yrs younger Martin! Kudos to you for losing all the weight. We are both struggling to even know where to start with a diet. It'll probably be high protein/low carb: But can't see it being Carnivore. Like veg too much. Grateful for your prompts to check the labels for sugars/carbs. Something we should all think about as we get older. Poppets...reminds us of going to the Odeon in Woolwich on Saturdays as kids😊

Interesting to hear that you find Scottish black pudding so flavourful. As a Scot I am biased but I agree! Visited the Peak District last year on a walking holiday, one of the things we were excited about was to try the black pudding, bought the most expensive we could find from a wee farm shop, and it was absolute crap! No flavour, no texture. You need to start getting your black pudding shipped down from Scotland!

If you have a lid for your pan you can boil your sausages first and then brown them .The lid also creates an oven for quicker more thorough cooking.

That Volvo cuts the weeds on the river bank, you’ll see a reciprocating blade on the edge. After it cuts the weeds they’re lifted out and the water drains back into the river

Yes I am type 1 and fully understand how much you have to keep your eye on carbs . Just a few extra carbs and your sugars shoot up . I do have to have 5 injections a day however . Not a lot each time but need it being a type 1 . Crumbs no loo I would be in a right muddle .
