You guys made me nostalgic for my home town. At the corner of Harrison and Beach was a second floor food court: a bunch of stall restaurants with a central dining area. Its been way too many years, but, that was the best deal in Chinatown.

The color of egg custard probably depends on the color of the yolks in the eggs used. Regardless of the color, it is the most wonderful desert!
