Some Eddie Rocket’s shops are decent, some are terrible - it depends on the franchisee running the place. On average, it’s better than Supermac’s.

Eddie Rockets was up there with the best in Ireland in the 90's and early 00's but then they started franchising it out and it went to the dogs. Hasn't been worth going to for years

I wonder if there's a difference between Eddie Rockets in NI vs ones in the Republic. Have never been overly impressed with the ones down south, but they always seemed to be packed full of teens and families with young kids who dont know any better.

I ate in Eddie rockets about 15 years ago,had the wings, funny all the bones were broke in the wings back then also, got outside the door and got sick everywhere, should have been closed down years ago. They must buy all the broken wings from the factory on the cheap.

Reviews like this, need to include the prices. It's a very basic joke here - Eddie rockets, empty pockets. It's not that they are terrible across the board on each item, but that they are terrible value for any random order compared to most places here

The most over priced Irish dinner.I paid e17.60 last week for a coke ,classic burger and chips.Tasty but not worth the price.Used to be a much loved Irish company in Ireland.

You'd have to wonder about these chicken bones breaking so easily. I wonder it because of these mass produced chicken being fed crap. You can also tell my an egg how well the chicken has been fed. If the shell cracks really easily it's being fed really bad quality food. A hard to crack eggshell means the chickens are getting proper nutrition.

Well firstly they get removed from the chickens body, then they are seasoned/breaded etc. then deep fried, then tossed into the box. They are small delicate bones, not hard to imagine that the above would weaken or break them fairly regularly. Chickens are always fed crap, that's literally the point of owning chickens they are waste disposal. You dont need a brown bin, toss it all to them and get free eggs.

@@aightm8 Depends where you live. My husband's friend own a free-range chicken farm and we know they're being fed well because the shells of their eggs are so tough. You get what you pay for.
