you need to prepare olive oil, milk, rice or dairy product when you have ghost pepper. Not just water.... Olive oil is the best as it's proved by some Taiwanese and Japanese youtubers it has the instant ability to decrease the spiciness.

This is also my favorite. I sometimes eat this when my parents have no time to cook. The spicyness brings the aroma which makes it appetizing. This delicacy is also a hit in Korea which is called Korean Spicy Noodles.

Nice challenge :) But not just milk helps neutralise the spicy heat. Hot water and sugar helps neutralise it too. That's why many Asian cultures will drink hot sweet milk tea (or alternatively coffee) during a spicy meal. Yes for the first few seconds it will burn like heck but then its a blessed relief after that. Much better than ice water!

A bike ( bicycle) always makes a man feel like a kid again... always but seriously guys when you were in Malaysia last time did u try the spiciest sambal of all? The most spiciest i had ever tried was Nasi ayam goreng 'sambal hijau' Wak Nuar in Kampung Bharu. Yeah the sambal is green color. Its both delicious and painful to eat at the same time but we spicy eaters love it! The place is always full. I hope the place is still there because since i moved i haven't been going there anymore, too far. Caution though, if you can't stand the spiciness you coould fall into a fever because the spiciness feeling will still be there in your stomach after hours of eating.Its good if you wanna burn those fats and calories. Normally it is served with air buah kedondong. Yummy.
