brilliant. since it glows blue in the anime and is shown emitting that color light in the manga, how would someone do that, with a foam prop, without using batteries? my only go to at this point, is glow in the dark paint, mixed with acrylic base, like gel or a liquid medium that blends, with the paint and base.
