It’s the icing on the cake to get a lawn care video and a power washing video of the same property! Curious if the homeowner is aware it’s illegal (as in most cities) to block a city sidewall with a motor vehicle, and could result in a $40 fine in Houston.😳😬 Thanks guys. Enjoyed both videos.🙂👏

@@brey1720 Right, I watch both their lawn mowing and pressure washing. They mowed the front and side yard, but not the back. When they were showing the drone footage you can see into the back yard a little bit and it looks to be mowed. So the owners seem to keep "their" yard mowed. That is why I said maybe it is the city's responsibility for the sidewalk. Some people are getting sick of their city's lack of responsibility of maintaining their part. I know I am

Good job on both the lawn and the washing. I'd much rather watch you guys help people in need (elderly, single moms, hurt and disabled) then see you helping a healthy guy who is just a jerk neighbor. He doesn't care that he brings the whole neighborhood down with him, and doesn't deserve your hard work.

I think of it not as helping the "jerk neighbor" as helping the rest of the neighborhood. Sidewalks are safe to use again, no area for harborage of pests, keeps property values from going down.

A good move cleaning up the paving. One, you contributed to the whole neighborhood having a raised standard, two, the cheer created should help the resident. That is quite a contrast in grime and clean on the public sidewalk. Appreciate you taking the time to do this and glad it will likely have a long-lasting result. Just noted that you are changing the presentation of the yard and home. You did a yard cleanup and the restored color of the paving will now be a good accent.
