Also, 24:00 is literally how sides are stored in restaurants. As long as it stays heated you can keep most side items like macaroni and mashed potatoes in a heated container for around 6-ish hours

There was one job I had that had pots without heat resistant handles. We had to use towels to hold them over 2 rows of open flames. I ended up getting second degree burns on my hands, not being allowed to stop working, and then I had to drive a manual car home. I quit that job soon after 😂😂

Back to the point, kids here love ketchup to the point where they drink it. Like legit, they drink fing ketchup. And sadly i was one of them, and my lil sis eats rice with ketchup, it's like bbq sauce when you're having bbq
