Sarah Michaels I have RA and it takes a big toll on my day to day life. I can work pretty hard one day, but I “pay” for it for a couple days afterwards 😿 it’s key to plan in your downtime

I was diagnosed what seemed to be quite young to, but I honestly think I went un-diagnosed with JA as a child because my pediatrician blew me off with 'growing pains' whenever I complained that my legs and back hurt. Now my left hand is so messed up that I'm beginning to wonder if I actually have RA. My fingers involuntarily decide to twist all over the place and I have to 'manually reset' each one and the thumb by finding the proper spots to push on my hand. My girlfriend with RA has fingers that do that. That girl has had so many surgeries on her hands to fix unwieldy tendons and nerves and recently had to get her left wrist fused.

This is probably my least favorite thing u guys did so far. It seems so effortless, but in a true meaning of the word. U literally put white couch and throwed some pillows. And the pictures.. damn. The one thing that has immensely helped my migraines is the combo of Magnesium, CO Q10, & B2 all together. I haven't had one in just over 3 weeks which is HUGE when I was getting 2-3 every single day for months.
