An idea would be to rent it out as a vacation home to people. It would certainly help to get the funds to do further renovations and such. But man you two got work with all of this for literally the rest of your life! Btw can you at some point make an actual tour of the main house? I'm still soo confused where the rooms are and what room your are talking of sometimes.

You and Charlie are going to be so busy over the next couple of months what with putting your individual stamp on the main house, garden, pond and eventually the coach house... Really looking forward to following along with you on your journey !!! Next surprise will .... hopefully be .... wedding plans 💕 ?! 👍🏠

Josite, i hesitate to say this but i feel i should. Maybe be a little more circumspect about the information you put out there about yourselves? I don't want to rain on your parade but you did mention in one video the name of the place you have moved to and as it's a small area and the property details are still online, it would be very easy for anyone to locate you. The videos invite anyone who watches them to see that there is expensive equipment - of interest to a burglar - inside the property, and the typical profile of a person who attracts a stalker is a) female b) aged 25 - 40 and c) attractive and successful, i.e. exactly your profile. Sorry to sound so negative and i don't want to worry you but please be security conscious. Take care and stay safe.

I have to agree with you, they should be careful. As I love the house and wanted to know how much I can expect to pay for a similar property I found their house very easily, including the name of the village etc. The world is full of horrible people so they shouldn’t share as much as they do x
@gelbsucht9474 жыл бұрын
@@anuszkap24 yup, being nosy, i looked it up too, easily recognisable from the photos on the estate agents website if you are familiar with the layout from the videos. Which makes me think that it is also fairly easy for nasty criminal gangs to access that information. Difficult, I know, if your work involves reviewing high end as well as high street products and showcasing developments in your new property, but i would never share where i live so specifically. The Cotswold is sufficient. You never know who is watching.
@anuszkap244 жыл бұрын
Gelbsucht Yes, same as you, I was just being curious ... I wanted to know the price as I will be looking for a similar property when I am ready to leave city lifestyle. I think they are showing far too much, I was able to find it easily when they shared the history of the house. I understand that they are excited and want to share the beauty of the property but it can be dangerous. They should ask the agent to take the listing down as it includes the exact address etc ...

Just a helpful pointer - don’t use the term OCD to describe someone liking things to be organised if they don’t actually have OCD, it’s a clinical term and shouldn’t be used to describe someone who just likes to have their carrots and onions in a particular area of the kitchen. It’s a far more complex condition than just some tidying.

Great idea! A pavilion would make a great photo spot. I actually like the idea of the the yard being the focus for making revenue off the property instead of the house. I thought about the option of having a film crew use the house but I know people who've allowed film producers to use their houses and it turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. The grounds alone could generate revenue if the grounds became a destination for wedding photos, selfies, and outdoor scenes for films.

Just wanted to let you know something I was also doing wrong the whole time. Actually you told your dog off for coming back.. 🙈🤣 dogs dont understand that they get told off for someting they did before but rather think what they did just in the moment you tell them off is what they did wrong. So he actually did what you wanted and came back and got told off for coming back. I have a dog myself and did it just as you do and it happened again and again and again. After I got made aware by a dog trainer I started to do a „Party“ everytime he came back from escaping and since then he never got the idea anymore to escape. Well I guess everyone does it differently but I thought I‘d let you know.

I really didn’t like this either, it’s really ineffective dog training and quite honestly I don’t like seeing any animal being ‘hit’ even if it is just a small tap. Regarding the lemon tree, every flower bud will be a lemon. The lemon will bud out of the center of the flower.

It's so cute how you talk to the insects as well as your boys. I do that too and one time, I was talking to a bee on a street, someone was walking by looked at me with: "is she crazy?" 😂

So I found you on Facebook and gave you a shout out! I am new at this social media stuff. I teach at the Cincinnati Ballet and OTR YMCA as well as train a lot of athletes. I loved the skin scrubber today and I bought it and shared it with the few people I do have. I am very particular with who I let in my circle lol... I hope you get some amazing new followers... they will love you as much as this crazy trainer. You are getting me out of my comfort zone... Thanks to you and Charlie!! and the doggies too!! 1

Wow wow wow Josie and Charlie, absolutely beautiful. Congratulations. Looks like the perfect vacation home to quarantine off to when you need a break from the main house. 😍. The gardens are gorgeous too. We have a couple of dwarf mandarin orange and lime trees (Florida). The best smelling flowers in bloom then the sweetest little fruits. I affectionately refer to them as Margarita and Mimosa. Looking to add Limoncello soon. 😁

The plant with the small flowers is called Star Jasmine here in California. I have one climbing over an arbor at the entrance to my garden. When it’s in flower it looks like a million white stars floating over the dark green foliage. And it smells divine. One of my favorite plants of all time! You will be in love, trust me!

Jolie Josie, it is not possible !!! Now, we know your SECRET 😍 OMG ! Are you sure you have nothing more to tell us in the days to come ? 😁 I’m mute ... I can only say that I’m very happy for the four of you 💖 👏✨😘 I laughed too much with your Italian accent which, by the way, is very similar ❣️ Josie, Thank you from all my heart for this beautiful video 💕 ✨ 😘 💐

Wouldn't it be an idea if your mother moved into the little house? She is not getting any younger and it would be ideal if you were in London. Then she could look after the property. And if there were children ... Everyone would have enough privacy through the separate houses. Just as an idea ... Thank you for the long vlog - and don´t worry about a little pimple near your lips. Some wear a beauty mark there!

WOW! A COACH HOUSE! That can be .... a place for relatives (visiting OR permanent) ; an air b and b, or more permanently a rental property; a place for visiting influencers to stay while they use the grounds for photographs ... something you can lease to the diocese for visiting clergy who would obviously work right next door .... if you were launching a brand, or a school - say a weekend course for up and coming influencers - it could potentially even be a dedicated workspace!
