my husband and I are in our early 60's, living in a suburb and wanting to get some land and start to seriously homestead (though I are growing a few things here, canning and preserving food that we get from either the store or less often a farmers' market.) and we can only do it after he retires, and frankly it scares the heck out of me! But we want it so very much!!

Been watching your videos for a couple weeks now. I have had the same conviction as well with herbalism and a few others as well. I’m learning to the voice of reason for me as well and different ways I can help others. I just found mullein a month ago in the property and have been looking at so many different plants I have around me and there medicinal properties. It’s great to hear your story unfold as I’m am also waiting for God to open the door to our next home. I keep envision so many different aspects of it that I want and going forward by faith. My Mama and I stumbled across your channel recently and we are loving your videos and enjoying learning with you. We live on the same property and we garden and care for our land together. We have animals and lots of vegetables growing on our little homestead and have been growing herbs and medicinal plants, foraging, and tincturing, and making teas. We made 2 gallons of your beautiful winter moon fire cider last week! We are looking into master herbalist programs right now but so far we are self-taught. :) Do you happen to have experience with tulsi holy basil?
