Pasta looks yummy can't beat some pasta love man with tuna fish pasta bake or a nice Mayo tuna onions pasta. Great idea with the kettle also goes for a hot soup quick meal in the evening with some scrummy bread. Those Chess pieces remind me of Germany. The village where I stayed had a chessboard in the public park right by Lake Constance. the park benches had all of the large chess under where people would sit. anyone could turn up and play and the only thing the park noticed asked was that once people had finished all pieces were put back away. of course that wouldn't work in the UK as it would be smashed up in 5 mins

I live in Celje. It's not the oldest city, Ptuj is the oldest. But Celje has a really interesting history nontheless. Celje used to be a very important city in the Roman empire. Counts of Celje owned a lot of land and were the main rival to the Habsburgs. After the war for land, which Celje lost, they signed a mutual inheritance with them which meant that in case one of them dies out, the other one inherits all their land. With assassination of Ulrich of Celje Counts of Celje died out, and Habsburgs inherited all their land and started their rule over most of Slovenia.

Yo future tip for you guys. If you get an Asda mobile SIM card you can use your monthly UK allowances anywhere in Europe with no time limit unlike all the other UK operators which generally only allow 2-4 months. Ive had them confirm this over the phone and in writing and also been travelling europe for 7 months so far with absolutely no problems at all. 15GB + unlimited calls/texts for £25 per month. Amazing.

We had no issues whatsoever, it was a couple of years ago and we have heard that it’s not the easiest country to wild camp, but we found spots tucked away and never had an issue, also we were there in Autumn, it was quiet, spring and summer would probably be a different story as it’s a popular destination..
