We've found another issue with one of the windows on our Swift Elegance 850.

Hello Deb & Tony. Thank you so much for mentioning that you popped round three times to see us, that was very kind of you, sorry we weren’t there. We went out for the day and decided to travel back to Essex Sunday night rather than Bank Holiday Monday morning as it took us 6 and a half hours to get to you on the Friday (that’s why we were a little late getting to the club house 😳). It only took 4 hrs 15 to get home so it was the right decision 🙌🏻. We were going to pop round to say thank you for a lovely weekend we really enjoyed ourselves, but didn’t want to bother you both as I am sure you had lots of visitors. Everyone was so lovely at the meet up, very welcoming and we both said it’s the friendliest site we’ve ever been on. We will definitely be at the next one if you’ll have us, thanks again. Hi Deb & Tony. Our names are Sue & John from South Wales. Thanks so much for your videos they are great. Just to mention we bought a new Challenger last July ready for this year and it’s our first caravan. We had a few small issues but the big problem is that the panoramic roof as cracked and sunken. It’s in with my main dealer right now having it repaired under warranty, my concerns are is this going to keep happening. At the moment I’ve got a lone van off my dealer which we are very grateful for but it’s not the same as having your own. Hope you get yours sorted out. What is swift thinking selling a product which is not fit for purpose. Anyway you both keep up the great videos all the best👍🏻

Tony &Deb your never boring just honest down to earth lovely folk always ready to help anybody When you think how much we all pay for our CV’s it’s about time the manufacturer I.e Swift got it right sending out too many vans with same faults are the vans with window faults same year as yours be interesting to know because your a seasonal it’s not like your putting the van under towing stress I’m more inclined to think possibly to do with 8ft wide ???? As usual Tony feeding everyone but bloody hell Tony 5 steaks and 2 big breakfast barms thought you were cutting down think you should try slimming world with your Deb you could save all yours sin’s for the weekend

Pull the little plug out the light in the fridge that stopped mine bleeping and took the fault light off it. I then cleaned it with circuit board cleaner and plugged it back in.

Wish we'd tried Oliver's chippy now with them truffle chips. How long is the warranty on the caravans guys. Will this problem devalue these caravans and make people avoid swift. 🤔 them panoramic widows are so wide, they have no room for expansion and contraction. I don't think it can be resolved apart from replacing the window and waiting for it to reoccur 🙏🙏🙏

As to the gas have you tried putting all your gas burners on at the same time for several minutes. Something to do with air blockage when travelling if I recall correctly.

We had a problem with our motor mover it was the fuse to the battery inside the caravan. We discovered this after we had bought a new battery !!!! Worth checking your fuse.

Your window may be caused by cleaning products or having your blinds shut causing it to overheat x

We leave the blind open a bit to allow the heat to escape x
