Basically with the numerous major crisis including Civil War and the death of Captain America, he took on a darker person that lasted through Dark Reign. His former master The Swordsman was also dead so to honor the most important people to him he uses his wife's staff and his master's swordsmanship to fight crime. He later goes to get his bow.

FINALLY MY EXCESSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF HAWKEYE COMES IN HANDY!!! Ok so Ronin. Clint wasn't actually the first, there's a lineage of Ronins. He uses samurai swords and doesn't touch a bow, it's not dark Hawkeye. (Ultimates Clint is pretty much Dark Hawkeye, that's the only place a family exists, they die and he goes for revenge) TL;DR Clint died cause Wanda, Wanda brought him back, he was Captain America for like a minute, became Ronin because joining the illegal New Avengers team and also because he was sad. Later he was less sad and went back to Hawkeye, alongside the other Hawkeye. Ryan is right that it started because of the whole House of M mess (those that don't know, Wanda is crazy strong and basically manipulates reality with chaos magic, she was upset, said "no more mutants", and suddenly all the mutants were gone). Clint has always had a friendship with Wanda, because they (and Pietro) all joined the Avengers at the same time as the first new recruits since Cap, so he tried to talk to her, instead of kill her like he was supposed to. She flared up, and he was dead (technically again but the first was for 5 like minutes right before that).When she remade reality with no mutants, he was back and not-dead. Which is basically why he was missing for Civil War in the comics. After Steve's assassination post Civil War, Clint was actually the first person Tony gave the shield to. Apparently a bunch a shield agents had tried using it but it did not go well, but when Clint tried he was able to control it perfectly. So Clint ran around as Captain America for a while (not the first time he'd pretended to be him, similar size (Clint an inch taller actually) and both blonde and blue in the comics), to keep up the appearance of Cap being ok. On basically his first night out as Cap, he ran into two of the Young Avengers (who had formed while he and Bobbi were both already dead pre civil war), Eli Bradley and Kate Bishop, who used the names Patriot and Hawkeye (Kate was originally Hawkingbird, because she used both Clint and Bobbi's (Mockingbird, Clint's wife) but Steve later gave her Clint's bow and his title). Kate, not even knowing who was in the suit, basically guilted him into running back to Tony to give him the suit, by arguing that it wasn't ok to run around pretending to be Steve Rodgers. Clint argued that wasn't that what she was doing since isn't Clint dead, and she responds that she's keeping his legacy alive and honoring him by still using the title, not that she was pretending to be Clint Barton. So Clint gave the shield back, and Tony gave it to Bucky. When Clint found that out later on he did not approve and tried to beat him up, and that went hilariously badly, but now they're friends so it's cool. Not wanting to be Hawkeye, but the world needing heros, Clint took up Ronin. He was sad about Steve (basically his big brother), feeling betrayed that Tony "let" Steve die, and mourning his wife still, as she had died not long before he did. It was actually a Skrull that was pretending to be Bobbi that died, they ended up saving her later but that is Secret Invasion, a whole other ach. But he didn't feel like he could be happy goofy sleeveless mess Hawkeye anymore and took up Ronin to be Dark and Mysterious. He joined up with Luke Cage's underground New Avengers team that formed after the Avengers broke up because house of M. He also ambushed Kate to test her, later having her go to the New avengers headquarters to really test her shooting and actually show her who he was, and later they started to form a friendship. He stayed as Ronin through World War Hulk, and through most of Secret Invasion. In Secret Invasion, during the final battle against the Skrulls, Kate ends up hurt and drops Clint's old bag of trick arrows. Clint grabs them and his bow and shoots the Skrull queen Veranke. All the replaced people end up ok, including Bobbi. Clint Stayed Ronin for a while longer, through all of Dark Reign, and finding out Bobbi had starting filing for divorce (yeah Clint fucked up really bad when She got mind controlled during a West Coast Avengers thing, she killed the guy which is against the rules, he didn't know everything but he still fucked up bad) right before getting captured and still wanted to go through with it. Clint ended up as leader of the new Avengers for a while as well. Till Cap wanted to put a team of real Avengers back together, and Clint took back Hawkeye when Steve asked him to join the team. He and Bobbi still worked well as a team, and repaired their friendship, and Clint was getting to a better place mentally. Now, he and Kate are both Hawkeye (she is not Hawkgirl or lady Hawkeye and Clint will fight you about it). He and Bobbi got back together for a little while before realizing it was better to not, he is still close with Natasha and he calls her the work wife, Kate is his best friend and kicks his ass when he's being dumb (often), and Clint dealt with a big issues of depression while still going out and kicking ass. I could go into more history but I'm gonna make myself stop now before I have to think about Civil War 2 and I've already rambled enough holy fuck.

If i remember correctly Umbreon and Espeon are the 2 Eevee evolved forms that don't require a stone of any kind making them the natural evolution for Eevee. Edit: slyveon is the same way as long as Eevee knows a fairy type move.
