Don’t trust this brand they say jackets have lifetime guarantee but they don’t execute when trying to return. I bought a jacket and first time in rain it leaked at seem that connects hood to jacket. I didn’t have the receipt but it wasn’t even a month old and its the jacket that’s guaranteed so in my eyes as soon as that jacket is made it should be covered with or without a receipt.

With a receipt, I had no problem availing of that guarantee though
