Hey folks - We get messages from time to time about why we didn't film in a particular house or haunt. For the most part, haunt owners do not want you to film inside as it gives away their product. It's like going to a movie or a play - they wouldn't want you to film their events either. This haunt, along with most others have a very clear written policy on their websites and on location that prohibit any photos or video. We abide by their rules and show what we can and provide reviews. Trust me, Netherworld is a must see in person event.

As a former Netherworld actor now living in Des Moines, Iowa, I have to say that I'm jealous that you got to see the new building. With that said, if you can afford it, come on up to Des Moines and check out the haunt I now work for called The Slaughterhouse. It's kind of a mini Netherworld with movie like sets. This year is a big year for us as we have partnered up with local Iowa band and metal music Gods, Slipknot.

Yes Netherworld usually has a huge part in the DragonCon parade and I think they used to have a booth there too. Their float is always huge and just unreal!

I've traveled all over the country to haunts, and Netherworld is one of a kind, I've done some of the haunts people on here have said were better. Opinions vary but no Haunt is close in scenic design or details as Netherworld. I would guess that props and masks throughout the haunt totals in the millions of dollars. I've done the behind the scences event which was done last year at the old location and when they pull the veil off it is even more amazing.

I went last year waited 8 hours in line was rushed through even the actors told us if we couldn’t walk faster to leave the attraction after spending $312 dollars. Like 5 groups indeed up walking together we saw everything coming a miles away. Wouldn’t go back for nothing .It was far better in there old location.

If you thought this was impressive you should check out Field of Screams. 2 houses, 1 trail, and a haunted hayride. All top notch sets, facades, props, and actors. They also have a midway with food, games, and drinks. They have actors in the midway also. It’s an amazing haunt.

It was good went there about 5 years ago still doesn’t even come close to Terror on Church in Orlando that was open in the 90’s, all real actors and excellent at playing there parts and frightening the crap out of you, there isn’t a Halloween that goes by that I don’t revisit it on KZbin and wish it would come back!

Honestly this house was not as scary as people make it seem. Maybe it’s just me though. I will, however, give kudos to the creators and owners, etc for a lot of the “robotic” giants they have in there and the makeup and such. The animatronics are my favorite though

Dude I just came from FL to visit Georgia this past weekend to see family and I was told about all the hype for Netherworld. I kid you not and take my word for it Netherworld's 2 houses were better than HHN all day... The overall experience is something you have never experienced, and it's really on a whole 'nother level my friend... Is it worth the trip from FL? Well... You'll never know till you do it. In my opinion: yes.
