When I was in my 20's, 30's, I could eat like that 24 hours a day and not gain an ounce. In fact, I could not GAIN weight to save my life. I ate everything 24X7 and I was still skinny.

@@comradeleppi2000 I'm 5'11 and weigh 175lbs. Far cry from 130 from high school to my mid 30's. I just turned 50. But the difference is, in my younger days, I didn't have to do anything to keep that weight. I was actually not in good shape. But I was skinny. I was incapable of gaining weight. The difference is, today, I run 5 miles and/or swim every single day in order to keep my weight "low" at 175. That means working out 7 days a week. Otherwise, I'd explode and look like my friends. So I'm actually in better shape today. I just weigh 45 lbs more.
