I didn’t know Mr Slot before he came to Liverpool ok I seen Feyenoord v Roma in the europa conference league final but didn’t take any notice. Devastating to see heer Klopp leave but Arne is a magician. I like the most how he backs himself in with the changes during a game,all managers wait too long to make the obvious changes,ego won't allow them to admit their plan isn't working,example and it's been every game,McCallister was having a shocker the previous game,i was expecting him to come off at half time,but Slot backed him in for a bit longer,65 minutes into the game,get him off and Jones came on,and away we went,most managers will wait till 80 minutes or longer,every single sub he's made has been spot on,his subtle changes during a game are sublime! this guys a gem.....

Slot approaches every match as if the previous match never happened. Everybody has to proof every day why he needs to play. As he lives alone, because he expected to spend 24/7 of his time on LFC, he is extremely well prepared for each match, to prepare each player as best as possible. That's why he brought his own staff and why he is such a master tactician. This is why he can adjust the gameplan during each match to every detail. But this is no surprise for any Dutch football fan as he was loved by rivals' fans of Feyenoord. This was very unique.
