There are a few automated beer brewing systems (BEERMKR, Pinter, PicoBrew.) Mind you, most of them require you use the company's kits to brew; rather than your own recipes (But it would be fun to see what Matt could do with it.)

Making mead isn't the hardest thing, but it's hard to make it taste sweet and crisp and still be over 13% abv. I tip my fedora to you Mat. Edit: By "isn't the hardest thing" I meant it's easier than beer. It's still a significant commitment and it's hard to make good mead. Which by the looks of that, that was damn good mead. 🤤
